The Fat Cat VIP Lounge is once again sponsored by Fat Cat Culinary, a food and wine educational enterprise owned and operated by Maria
deCorpo and Duncan Stuart. Fat Cat Culinary offers recipe development, testing for cookbooks and other
media, writing for food and wine publications, food safety and employee training for food service, and cooking demonstrations
for public events, private parties and classes.
